Conducting Effective Performance Appraisals:Turning Conversations into Momentum
Today’s employees expect more than a once-a-year evaluation—they want clarity, fairness, ongoing feedback, and a voice in their own development. This full-day session equips leaders with the mindset and skillset to deliver performance appraisals that feel meaningful, balanced, and forward-looking—while still meeting organizational expectations. Participants will explore how generational shifts and evolving workplace norms have changed feedback expectations, and why the experience of the conversation is just as important as the content.
Throughout the day, leaders will learn how to design and deliver performance conversations that build trust, increase engagement, and drive results. Participants will leave with practical tools, language, and confidence to lead appraisal conversations that don’t just evaluate the past—but create momentum for the future.
