ECG Annual Meeting

December 6-9, 2026

The Ritz-Carlton Reynolds, Lake Oconee

The ECG Annual Meeting is designed to allow Elected Officials, City Managers, General Managers, Utility Professionals, and Industry Experts to network, get updates on industry-related topics, and discuss individual community needs and solutions. This diverse professional environment allows for a range of topics and presentations, with a focus on the advantages of the Public Power community. ECG’s Annual Meeting also hosts the end-of-year ECG Board Meeting and Board Elections.

The ECG Annual Meeting provides sponsors and industry partners with a unique opportunity to support ECG’s mission while building meaningful relationships with utility leaders and decision-makers. Sponsors receive full conference access, including participation in general sessions, conference meals, networking opportunities, and other scheduled activities.

While the Annual Meeting does not include a vendor expo or exhibit hall, sponsors have valuable opportunities for one-on-one networking, brand visibility, relationship building, and connecting with potential customers and partners throughout the conference.

Each sponsorship includes full conference access and dedicated opportunities for engagement with attendees. For more information, please contact Rita Hillhouse.

Sponsors are subject to ECG approval.
