Supporting Greatness. Developing Opportunities.

Bridging Generations: Working Effectively Across a Multigenerational Team (for team members)

Today’s workforce brings together more generations than ever before, with employees spanning decades of life experience, values, and perspectives. While there are many shared goals across team members, generational differences can influence how people communicate, approach their work, use technology, and define balance and success. These differences can either create friction—or become a powerful advantage when understood and leveraged well. In this interactive session, team members will explore how generational traits show up in everyday workplace interactions. Participants will gain practical strategies to better understand one another, adapt their communication, and build stronger working relationships across generations. The focus is on what everyone can do to contribute to a more cohesive, respectful, and effective team.
