Utility Customer Service Training

ECG’s Customer Service Training Program is a customized program for municipal utilities. The program offers guidance on effective communication skills, dealing with angry customers, and improving internal collaboration through hands-on participation and role-playing exercises. It is divided into 6 modules, allowing flexibility in scheduling while limiting time away from your job duties. Upon completion, a Certificate of Completion is presented.
