Utility Management Series
Course Overview
The Utility Management Series is a new course focused solely on preparing and developing utility staff with the knowledge necessary to lead State-of-the-Art utility systems. All levels of management are encouraged to attend. This course provides comprehensive training on various topics relevant to utility management, including basic rates, human resources, customer service, and more. With this training, participants can develop the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in their roles and advance their careers. After completing this program, participants will have a better understanding of what it takes to achieve success at your utility.

Classes will be held from 9:00-4:00pm
Cancellation Policy:
If you are unable to attend, substitutions will be permitted up to one week prior to the first class date with written notification, there will be no refunds given. Attendee must attend each of the modules to receive Certificate of Completion. ECG reserves the right to reschedule or cancel any scheduled training class or to replace personnel.
