Building Blocks for Success: A Guide for New HR Leaders

Course Overview:
This comprehensive full-day session is tailored for novice HR leaders and those managing HR as a small department (or even a team of one). Together, we will cover the fundamental aspects of HR management, including key areas such as recruitment, employee onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and basic employment law. Participants will gain practical insights into essential HR processes, learn how to handle common challenges, and develop the foundational knowledge needed to confidently navigate the HR landscape. Whether you’re new to the role or simply juggling many hats, this session will equip you with the confidence and skills to thrive as a solo HR leader.
