The City of Calhoun Receives the 2019 American Public Power Association Award for Exceptional Electric Reliability.

Congratulations to the The City of Calhoun on receiving the 2019 American Public Power Association Award for Exceptional Electric Reliability. They are the only City in the state of Georgia to receive this distinction for 2019.
The American Public Power Association (APPA) compared Calhoun’s utility reliability data compiled through the eReliability Tracker to the national reliability data collected by the Energy Information Administration (EIA).
Calhoun ranked in the top quartile (25%) of utilities for SAIDI based on the EIA data, thereby qualifying for the 2019 Certificate of Excellence in Reliability. Click here to view all 2019 Recipients
