The Georgia Lineman’s Rodeo Association (GLRA) is a non-profit organization incorporated under the laws of the State of Georgia. The association’s purpose is to support and conduct an annual Linemen’s Rodeo, maintain a focus on safety, training, and safe work practices in the electric utility industry, and promote relationships among electric utility companies in Georgia and the Southeast.

The association is composed of members from two electric utility entities within the State of Georgia. These entities include the Georgia Electric Membership Corporation and the Electric Cities of Georgia. The association’s Board of Directors is composed of three members.

The GA Lineman Rodeo is planned for May 3-4, 2024 at Camp John Hope, Fort Valley, GA.

The 2024 rodeo schedule is as follows:

Vendor Expo: May 3rd, 10:00 am – 2:oo pm

Rodeo Opening Ceremony: May 4th, 8:00 am
