ECG has partnered with Hector Hernandez, a professional dog trainer, and charismatic public speaker, to teach two classes on the importance of handling yourself when encountering a dog and how to handle difficult people. Hector provides constructive insight, experience, and expertise. This dual-class embodies the foundation of the ECG Institute, ‘Safely Always’ while enhancing and preparing utility professionals to become an asset.

Hector will teach one class in the morning and one in the afternoon.

Lunch will be provided.
